Harvesting is the first step. Without fruit, there would be no wine. Making good wine requires picking at the right time.

Crushing whole clusters of grapes is the next step. In this process, the grapes are transitioned into their liquid state.

During the fermentation process, we control the types of yeast that are able to develop within the wine. This produces the ideal balance of flavors.

Once fermentation is complete, clarification begins. In this process, we filter out any precipitates or solids.

After all of these steps, we either bottle the wine immediately or age it in wooden barrels. Then the wine is ready to drink!
